Trusting Liam by Molly McAdams: Kennedy and Kira are identical twins leaving Florida for California after their lives are threatened. Their father and uncle had put away gang members years ago, members that are about to be released. Threatening messages force the women to switch coasts. Kennedy is just plain annoyed. Another of their uncles, Eli, asks one of his employees, Liam, to look after the girls. Little does Eli know that Kennedy and Liam had a one night stand in Las Vegas the year before. Liam gets the twins jobs at his dad’s gym, and of course, pursues Kennedy. Kennedy on the other hand fights her feelings, afraid, but Liam won’t give up. “No one was ever worth the chase. But you? You will be worth it every time. I will always chase you, Kennedy.”
Trusting Liam contains a love triangle and heartbreak. It also contains hope and possibility. I enjoyed the love story of Liam and Kennedy. She frustrated me at times, she withholds a lot from Liam. Liam had a good spirit and I craved every detail I could get about him. I am familiar with Molly McAdams, having read the previous books, Taking Chances, Stealing Harper, Forgiving Lies, and Deceiving Lies. Reading about a new generation while catching up with the older one made me a bit emotional. It took me back to their stories and getting an update was great. If you have read the previous books this one is a definite read. I don’t think it is necessary to have read them to follow and enjoy Trusting Liam.

A night they will always remember…a connection neither can deny…a secret that could destroy it all…
When Kennedy Ryan moves to California, she never expects to come face-to-face with Liam Taylor—the intriguing man who has haunted her thoughts for a year. A man who led her to breaking every one of her rules for a single night of passion that ended up meaning more than it was ever supposed to. Accustomed to disastrous experiences with men, Kennedy shields herself before he can break down more of the carefully built control she’s clung to for the last four years. But every time she sees Liam, she feels her resolve weakening.
Liam Taylor has been asked to help socialize his boss’s nieces. But what he thinks sounds more like a babysitting job ends up leading him to the only girl who ever slipped away before morning—a girl he thought he’d never find again. And now that she’s within reach, Liam’s determined to never let her go.
But when a secret from her past tests their relationship, will they be able to cling to the trust Liam has worked so hard to build?
