I do not write anything in the margins. I do correct spelling errors. Spelling errors are a big pet peeve of mine.
I try to keep the book looking like it was brand new. I do not crimp the pages. I always use a bookmark.
Thank you for the giveaway. I am an avid reader who loves to read new authors.

  1. Ellen C.

I like keeping my books in as good of shape as possible. No annotating or highlighting.

  2. Audrey Stewart

I keep my books pristine. I come from a long line of teachers and learned to respect books early in life. The only book that should look worn and read often is your bible.

  3. Glenda M

The only books I’ve ever annotated are cook books and text books. I attempt to keep my other books clean.

  4. Candace Elson

I keep my pages pristine so that it doesn’t interfere in someone else’s enjoyment when I share my books!

  5. cherierj

I keep mine pristine. Unfortunately, I still don’t think King Sumo is working for me.

  6. Patricia B.

I rarely write in my books. I feel it would ruin the enjoyment of those I share the book with. Except when a book really needed more proofreading. There have been a few that I have taken a red pen to to correct glaring mistakes. Those I wouldn’t share anyway.
The set of giveaways is perfect for me. Not many are out of my comfort zone.

  7. Jeanna Massman

I’m a retired librarian so, obviously, I have a great respect for books! My books, for the most part, are in great shape. A few of my favorites, however, a little worn because they are well-loved.

  8. Athena Graeme

My books are tragedy. I should be prosecuted, but I’m good with it. I like keeping my thoughts organized where I am.
