REVIEW: Delightful by Adrianne Lee

Delightful by Adrianne Lee is the mouthwatering third book in the Big Sky Pie Series, and it is just as tasty as the rest of the books in this series.

Andrea Lovette is the manager of the Big Sky Pie shop and is the single mother of two little boys. With everything going on in her life she has no room for dating, besides every guy she goes out with tends to be a “bad boy”. What she really needs is to stop chasing guys that are just like her ex and start looking for a stable, down to earth type of guy who will love her boys as if they were his. The day that Ice Erikkson walks into the Pie Shop her bad boy meter goes into full tilt and she know she is in for a heap of trouble. But he is just to tempting for only one taste.

Ice Erikkson is the producer that is going to make the Big Sky Pie Reality Show something big, and if he can get a little sugar on the side with the hot, sexy Andrea Lovette even better. Ice is know for his cool exterior, never letting anyone get to close, never letting anyone in. But for the first time in forever, he wants to be able to be the man that Andrea needs in her life, he wants to be the man and roll model that her boys can look up to, he wants to find a forever with Andrea.

When secrets are revealed, disaster strikes the pie shop, and reports threaten to exposed Ice’s past, these two need to learn that sometimes forgivness and healing starts with letting go of the past and looking toward the future.

I totally loved Ice and Andrea. Yes, Ice comes off like a playboy, but his interaction with Andrea’s sons is so sweet, and he the feelings that he tries so hard to deny are just there under the surface, at times I actually felt bad for him. I loved Andrea. She overcame so much and she is only interested in what is best for her boys. In the end the HEA was just as sweet as this months warm Carmel Apple Pie. I would suggest this book and this series to anyone looking for a sweet summer read. I loved it so much I gave it 5 Sweet Stars.
