Downtown Devil by Cara McKenna: Claire hates her job but it pays the bills. She’s really Downtown-Devilpassionate about art and is trying to get a gallery showing of her photography. In her pursuit for additional people to photograph for the show, she finds the irresistibly sexy Mica. He is exactly what she’s looking for in a subject, and she wouldn’t say no to mixing business and pleasure.

Mica is temporary. He doesn’t make plans and runs from anything that even remotely looks like commitment. On the other hand, he is very adept at getting what he wants, oozes sex appeal, and tends to push his lovers past their own boundaries.

He grinned, seeming charmed by her scrutiny, and leaned over to grab her camera and pass it to her.
“That obvious?” she asked, feeling like a dork.
“I don’t mind. I like how you look at me.”

Claire is beyond tempted by Mica and the immediate attraction she feels. After her latest relationship, Mica seems like just what the doctor ordered. He’s fun, uncomplicated, creative, and is a fantasy. They burn up the sheets, especially when Mica suggests that Vaughn should be included. Vaughn is Mica’s handsome best friend and temporary roommate. They formed an unlikely friendship that’s lasted since their teen years and they are almost polar opposites.

Everything about this is new for Claire. She never expected this turn of events and what was once fairly simple becomes more complex as everyone has to navigate the interconnections between all three of them.

“What about bros before hos?” she teased.
“Anybody who uses that phrase seriously is either fourteen or an asshole.”
She laughed. “True enough.”

Downtown Devil is hot. Cara McKenna creates compelling tension and anticipation as you can’t wait to see how it will all unfold. Ms. McKenna created interesting and unique characters who could have a variety of different outcomes for their lives and relationships. Fans of Megan Hart and Nicole Edwards will enjoy Downtown Devil.

From the author of Crosstown Crush comes the second sexy novel in the trilogy that explores the illicit pleasures of ménage à trois.

At the edge of thirty, Clare is feeling restless. Even though she’s gainfully employed and pursuing her passion for photography, she can’t shake the feeling that something’s missing. Then she meets Mica. A perfect subject for her portrait exhibit, Mica is sexy, exciting, and everything Clare desires.

One night with the charismatic stranger is all it takes to leave her craving more. But the intensity Mica brings isn’t confined to the bedroom, and Clare wonders if this summer fling might turn more adventurous than she anticipated—especially as a curious energy starts to simmer between the two of them and Mica’s handsome roommate, Vaughn.

As the three-way tension mounts, Mica makes a sinful proposal. It’s an invitation Clare can’t pass up, and an erotic encounter she’ll never be able to forget. Caught up between two irresistible men, Clare is about to get all the excitement she’s been looking for—and then some….
