Her Foreign Affair by Shea McMaster  is a brilliantly written story of misunderstood circumstances resulting in Her Foreign Affairlost love. Twenty years ago Randi fell in love with Court, but Court was forced into a marriage by his family. Randi left with a secret she was prepared to tell Court. Now twenty two years later Randi’s daughter Birdie brings her friend Drew and his father to Thanksgiving. What a surprise for Randi, Court is Drew’s father. Now they need to spend the holiday weekend together.

What happens after the weekend will totally surprise you. Brandi makes a trip to London and the following is just a peak into what happens

“Randi Jean Dailey Ferguson, I welcome you to my home. What’s mine is yours. Everything. My resources, my strength, me, all of which pale in comparison to the love for you in my heart.”

“Courtland Bailey Robinson, I accept your hospitality, even forgive you for assuming I’d share your bed, and offer my desire to share all that is mine with you.
She gave him a tiny, wavering smile. “Most of all, I offer to you me, my heart, all my love, and every single one of my remaining days and nights.”

The first couple pages had me hooked, it was so mesmerizing and it was written so well. It is one of those books that makes you feel you are a part of the whole plot. It will pull at your heart and make you laugh. This is one that you must read, you will positively enjoy this wonderful story.

Now widowed, Randi is just starting to consider finding Court—when he shows up at her door. With his son. Randi’s not ready to reveal everything to Court, but if she doesn’t will both their children end up scarred?

The best thing to come out of Court’s unhappy marriage was his son. But he’s spent the last twenty-two years thinking about Randi, his California girl, his first—and only—love. Now a widower, he takes a chance he’s only fantasized about and seeks her out. At last he’ll solve his heart’s greatest mystery—but that won’t be the only surprise in store for him.
