In Married for the Boss’s Baby by Susan Carlisle, When successful surgeon Grant Smythe’s Married-for-the-Bosss-Babybaby half sister is orphaned, Grant is determined to be there for little Lily—unlike his own father. But a challenge for custody means Grant needs a wife, too! New nanny Sara Marcum is the ideal candidate. It might be temporary, but soon warmhearted Sara completes more than just Grant’s family. Can he convince his bride-for-now to become his forever wife?

A well written emotional story with adorable characters, Married for the Boss’s Baby by Susan Carlisle ticks all the right boxes.

What starts as a relationship of convenience for Lily’s sake quickly develops into much more for both Grant and Sara. The build up of the story is slow and the romance too builds up at a gradual pace. Sara is a strong, hard working heroine and takes her responsibilities very seriously. She is caring, sweet and won my approval early on in the story. Grant too is an amazing hero who takes his responsibilities very seriously. He does not trust easily and is even more wary of letting any woman too close. He had an amazing chemistry with Sara and their romance felt more realistic because of the gradual buildup.

Overall,Married for the Boss’s Baby by Susan Carlisle is an enjoyable and realistic romance with interesting medical details and adorable characters.
