Summer Heat by Jill Sanders: Elle is determined to make this resort/camp getaway a success. She feels the pressure of ensuring the camp is successful especially since her best friends are running the camp with her. She’s smart, savvy, and doing everything she can to keep the camp open past their first season.

Liam has been floating through life. Growing up privileged means that he’s had a lot of options to do what he wants without needing to have a job. He’s sexy, charming, and really good at building and creating things with his hands. Working at the camp for the summer achieves the goal of getting closer to his brothers and looking for their father who is MIA.

The very last thing Elle needs is a distraction. And Liam is quite the distraction. Between his looks, charm, and always being around, Elle can’t get a break. She doesn’t trust him or his brothers, but her and her friends agree to keep their eyes on the sexy trio of brothers. Liam gets under her skin and pursues her every chance he gets.

“Meet me for lunch tomorrow?” he broke in before she could say anything else.
“I…can’t,” she answered.
“Can’t or won’t?” He placed his hands on her shoulders and moved a step closer to her.
“Won’t,” she whispered.

Liam enjoys getting closer to Elle even though he’s pretty convinced he and his brothers were wrong about her. She’s nothing like he expected and he begins to feel protective of her. Liam is actually pretty sweet in that he’s trying to look out for her and makes sure she relaxes and doesn’t forget to eat. Elle helps him to find his passion. They have fun together, but their budding relationship is tested with the secrets both are keeping.

Elle stood at the water’s edge a few days later looking at the colossal yacht sitting at the end of the dock.
“When you said going away, I thought”-she arched her brow-“something else.”
Liam nudged her shoulder. “If you have to go, go in style.” He swung her bag over his shoulder and held out a hand to help her board the boat.

Summer Heat is fun and sexy. Jill Sanders provided banter, friendships, family, romance, drama, and surprises. Ms. Sanders continued to build on the entertaining cast of characters and overarching storyline while ensuring that Summer Heat can be read as a standalone in the Wildflower series. Fans of Tawna Fenske and Adriana Locke will enjoy Summer Heat.
