The Right Side of Forever by Meghan Quinn: Colby thought he finally had love and relationships figured out, but his job is the only thing going right in his life. His relationships seem to be falling apart and he’s desperate to hold on to the one woman who brings him comfort and understands his past. With each passing day, they seem to be drifting apart and he doesn’t know what to do to change their relationship and make it right.

Getting a TDY outside of Las Vegas comes at the wrong time, for a few reasons. Distance is the last thing he wants, but gives everyone a chance to breathe and maybe, just maybe, figure a few things out. Going back home gives Colby a chance to see his best friend and his ex again, who give him something he didn’t know he needed.

In a monotone voice, she asks, ‘What are you doing here, Colby?’
“Since you won’t return any of my calls or texts, I figured this was the only way to get you to talk to me.”
“I don’t have time for this.”

For Colby, he has to determine if he wants a love that is safe, comfortable, and easy or a love that he feels deep in his soul with someone who brings him comfort and can’t go a day without contacting. He brings out the best in others as he sees the best in them. He’s determined and persistent and doesn’t give up on the woman he needs, despite the odds. He’s also sweet, romantic, and generous with his heart.

“Who says I’m going to crash it?”
I point to my chest. “Me.”
“Oh, come one, give a girl a chance.”
I shake my head. “Maybe when we’re back in Vegas and we’re flying a less important plane, like the one I just finished building.”

The Right Side of Forever continues the rollercoaster ride of tension, angst, drama, and barely banked heat. Meghan Quinn pulls out the anticipation and delivers a fitting ending for the perfect couple. Ms. Quinn continued to develop the main characters and relationships and testing friendships. Fans of Cassia Leo and Molly McAdams will enjoy The Right Side of Forever.

It sounds so simple, to love someone unconditionally.
To give them your heart.
