Their One-Night Rio Reunion by Abby Green: Be still my beating heart!
I may be biased since Abby Green is an must-read for me but the second I knew this was a reunion story I dropped everything I was doing and immersed myself in the emotionally charged “Their One-Night Rio Reunion”.
Signing their divorce papers it was clear neither Ana or Caio wanted to do so and that added to the mystery, delight and anticipation of the expected “reunion”. As only Abby Green can do she summonsed up the emotion gods and laid it all out on the line for us mere mortal readers.
Forced to spend an unexpected night together, marooned on the most beautiful island and estate owned by the hero and heroine in “Fonseca’s Fury” (check it out, I gave it a 5 star) Ana throws all her inhibitions to the wind and tries to seduce her ex-husband. The braveness was brilliantly captured and Caio’s inner emotions were fantastic. I love a good reunion story and this one was done brilliantly.
The drama at the beginning to force the island exile and the emotional and physical chase and the feelings of both characters were perfect for me.
I adored this story.
