A well written romance with an enjoyable plotline, Trapped by Vialli’s Vows by Chantelle Shaw had everything I enjoy in a Harlequin Presents. The right amount of angst, passion, emotion, drama made the romance so much more enjoyable. I loved the epilogue in which Leandro becomes a stay at home dad to help Marnie achieve her dreams. That was so refreshing and different from the usual. Leandro is an alpha, dominating hero who did get on my nerves a couple of times but he redeemed himself well in the end. Marnie evolves through the story–from a vulnerable waitress to a successful astrophysicist. Overall, an enjoyable romance and one of my favorites from the author, this one should not be missed!
