Wicked Nights by Anne Marsh: Piper Clark had once hoped of becoming a championship diver, then an accident changed those dreams. She wasn’t one for settling or becoming morose though. In fact she went back to one of her favorite places and opened a dive 21911615shop with the help of her former coach and now it was time to reinvent herself. So that was the plan or at least more of one than she usually had.

Cal Brennan was a SEAL, once and forever. However now he was back in his hometown, running a dive shop and fighting his own demons. However the problem with demons of your own making is that you are never really sure how to vanquish them. Then all of a sudden when the game changes Cal must make the choice of what his future will be.

These two have enough history between them that when fate causes them to need to work together no one can tell you what will happen. It gets even harder when the choices aren’t as black and white and all the cards are really not on the table. However when all the hands are played who is going to end up with all the chips? Or will the “community” hold the pot?

Wow. Really what more is there to say? Steam is rising off of this novel by Anne Marsh. A story of competition and lust turning into something more this novel is something not to be missed. Ms. Marsh takes you into the world of Discovery Island and doesn’t let you leave, her descriptions of the island make you feel like you were there divvying, walking and on the back of a motorcycle the whole time. Not to mention the players, somehow she makes you feel for each of them and while yes there were times I wanted to smack Cal upside his head there were times I just wanted to cuddle him as well.

This is a story not to be missed, especially if you enjoy hot locations, hot alphas and plenty of steam. Fair warning this is one of a series, but can be read as a stand alone.

Winner takes it all…off

Former diving champion Piper Clark never loses. Unfortunately, if she doesn’t land this lucrative contract, her diving business will fail. Worse still, it will be at the hands of her childhood nemesis, Cal Brennan—six feet of hard, rugged former Navy SEAL. So Piper proposes a wager: whoever loses the diving contract must take orders from the winner…in bed.

Cal needs this contract for his own reasons. A former rescue swimmer, he may be having a few issues with diving since his last mission ended, but Piper doesn’t need to know that. Something about her impulsive nature makes Cal rise to the bait, and there’s nothing he’d like more than to show Piper exactly what rules are good for.

All bets are on. And someone’s about to start playing dirty…
