Review: Christmas Wishes by Rhian Cahill

Christmas Wishes by Rhian Cahill is a smoking hot,  short story,  that will heat up your cold winter night.

CW Tilly Jarmen isn’t equipped for the magnetism that she feels toward her long time friend,  Dean Hall,  when she sees him dressed up as an elf, in a costume that is way too small for his large frame.  The costume show’s off all of Dean’s asset’s,  and Tilly has a hard time concentrating  on the job at hand, photographing  a Christmas show.  Tilly would love to take her relationship with Dean to the next level but she is afraid that doing so will be a disaster for their friendship.

Dean agreed to help Tilly with a photo shoot ,  but he did not agree to wearing a ridiculous elf suit.  He feels that Tilly owes him big time and he knows just what he would like for payment,  but he is afraid that if Tilly finds out that it is her that he wants that it would cause irreparable harm to their lifelong companionship.  As the longing they feel for one another reaches a boiling point will Dean and Tilly be able to risk their familiarity in order to make each other’s Christmas wish come true?

Christmas Wishes is a great friends to lovers novella that I enjoyed reading very much.  The love scenes were hot, hot, hot!  The characters were very likable and the storyline was seamless.  I highly recommend this for those who feel they are too busy to sit down and read a whole novel,  but crave a good romance just the same!

This Christmas, Santa is granting wishes these two friends never knew they had.

Helping his best friend photograph a bunch of hyperactive kids is suddenly the least of Dean Hall’s problems when he sees the costume Talli wants him to wear. No guy in his right mind wants to be seen in a pair of tights.

Talli Jarmen isn’t above a little subterfuge when she’s desperate for help. But getting Dean’s assistance proves to be more than she bargained for when she sees him decked out in the naughtiest Christmas costume she’s ever laid eyes on. She’s never thought about Dean that way, but seeing him practically naked has her questioning their ‘friends only’ status. But wanting more is dangerous. Are they willing to risk all they have for what could be?
