Dating Dr. Dil by Nisha Sharma: Kareena Mann dreams of finding a love like the one her parents share, one of those storybook love stories that you can feel from that very first moment, but finding Mr. Right isn’t as easy as it would seem and the last thing Kareena wants to do is swipe right on any of those dating apps everyone keeps telling her to join, she would much rather spend her time restoring her classic car and have a natural meet cute moment when the time is right. However when her father makes a deal with her that he will gift her their family house if she can get engaged in four months, Kareena gets a bit more motivated to find Mr. Right to bad her viral argument with Dr. Dill is making her search all the more difficult, now the only man in her life is the one she can not stand!

After a very heated argument with Kareena on love goes viral T.V doctor Prem Verma finds himself stuck between a rock and a hard place, if he wants to help build a community health care centre he has to get sponsors but with the little viral snafu causing all his sponsors to hightail it, Prem has little to no choice but to make a deal with four meddlesome aunties if he wants his dream to help the community come true. After all how hard could it be too convince love obsessed Kareena that he is her soulmate in this arranged match?

Dating Dr Dill was a such a hit for me, I absolutely adore the fake turned real trope and this book well and truly knocked it out off the park. Also you can not go wrong when there are meddlesome aunties involved! Nisha Sharma is such a boss in creating relatable and captivating novels and this one is the perfect mash of swoony hate to love romance, big Desi family magic and loads of laugh out loud moments.

Kareena was just one of those characters that you could not help but love, she was fun, relatable and a complete sassy pot lawyer. I loved her conviction for love matches and that she wanted to experiences that all consuming love that we all read about. One of the things that I loved the most about Kareena was her complete love and adoration for her family, this was very evident throughout the novel. It was very moving getting to see Kareena trying to connect to her late mother and that a lot of her actions are in fact linked to her mother.

Now for our hero the swoony Dr. Prem Verma otherwise known as T.V’s hottest Dr. Dill. This guy was just perfection, I loved his character big time, at first I did want to give him a good kick but the more we got to know him the more he melted my heart and let me just tell you this guy will melt your heart! I will say that his fixation on arranged marriages gets a bit annoying but once we learn why he is so nervous to open his heart to true love it all makes sense, and ultimately getting to see him falling for Kareena becomes all the more sweet.

The chemistry between these two was off the charts hot! I loved the way their heated banter only added to the undeniable pull and tension that radiated of them. I loved getting to see these two very stubborn personalities clash in such a steamy way and good gosh were there some steamy moments!

It would be a miss if I did not mention the aunties, these ladies are the real stars of this romance. Without their meddling we would not have gotten this explosively steamy romance. I loved every scene with these ladies not only did they want the best for Kareena but they added is much humour to the novel. As with all of her books Sharma does a brilliant job at depicting the Desi culture and lifestyle, I loved that all of her books are so easy to read and completely relatable.

Dating Dr Dill is a definite must read, this fast paced steamy read will have you hooked within the first few chapter and have you reading fast and furiously as things between this couple heat up.
