How to Kiss a Movie Star by Jenny Proctor: Being back home in Silver Creek was supposed to be Flint’s way of getting some normal into his hectic movie star work schedule, however it would seem that even back in his small hometown people can’t help but fawn over his star status. Well everyone that is except for the silly cute wildlife biologist that has been sulking around on his property, now normally when s celeb catches someone lurking on their property its to try and get a glimpse of them but with Audrey, well she has absolutely no interest in Flint. She is genuinely there for the squirrels. Meeting someone that has genuinely no interest in his celebrity status could not be more refreshing for Flint, which is why he makes her the crazy offer for Audrey to pose as his girlfriend for a movie premier and she can have unlimited access to his property so that she can study her squirrels, all Flint has to do now is make sure he doesn’t actually fall for his fake girlfriend…

LOVED! I loved this book big time! How To Kiss A Movie Star was the cutest most perfect warm fuzzy small town, fake dating turned real romcom! There was nothing that I did not like about this book or the cute characters that featured in it. I really enjoyed the whole he falls first vibe and the fact that he was a celeb just made it all the more cute. This was the kind of book that really needs to be made into a cute romcom movie!

Audrey was just the cutest, I loved that she was so completely lost in her own world. She is so dedicated to her work and learning more about her squirrels, there was something very simple but brilliant about her character. I liked that even though Flint is a big deal to everyone else Audrey doesn’t treat him any differently than a normal guy, even after she gets a taste of what its like to be in his world. Now for our Hollywood heartthrob Flint, well simply put he stole my heart! I loved that even though he is making it big, he is still a simple kind guy. Most of all I loved the fact that he fell first and boy did he fall hard! He truly was the perfect hero in every way and I loved him to bits.

The chemistry between Audrey and Flint was incredible. These two went from fake to real in a hot second, there was absolutely no denying their connection with all that banter and spark. Even though they were so opposite from each other they balanced each other in the most perfect of ways. One of the things that I really liked about their relationship was the fact that Flint knew that Audrey was more reserved and he took her feelings into account when bringing her into his world. As for the supporting characters, well they were brilliant! I loved all the residents of Silver Creek and how supportive they were of Flint and that they rallied behind this new relationship. Audrey’s sister was amazing and I loved their relationship, also the Hawthorne brothers were as swoony as I had expected!

How To Kiss A Movie Star was pure romance perfection. This small town, fake turned real, Hollywood romcom will steal your heart and have you melting into a puddle of warm gooey happiness. Most definitely a must read!

He’s Hollywood’s biggest star. She wouldn’t know him from the pizza delivery guy.

I’m a wildlife biologist in a tiny mountain town, not some kind of law-breaking celebrity stalker. At least not on purpose.

It was an accident when I wandered onto the property of one of Hollywood’s hottest movie stars. Five minutes ago, I’d never even heard of Flint Hawthorne. I definitely didn’t know he lives in Silver Creek.

When I’m detained for trespassing, the last thing I expect is to trade my handcuffs for a designer gown. All I wanted was permission to conduct my research on a remote corner of his estate.

Now I’m walking the red carpet of a Hollywood movie premiere as Flint’s (very fake) girlfriend.

At least, the relationship is supposed to be fake. But the way he slips his arm around me, his breath tickling my ear, the chemistry feels like something real.

The trouble is, I’m not really built to handle his fast-paced celebrity life. Most days, I prefer the company of squirrels to people. I should be glad we’re only pretending.

I’m just not sure my heart got the memo.
