In Mile High by Sally Clements, Cori has just broken up with her cheating boyfriend, but her goodbye gift is charging her flight and hotel for her boss’s wedding and her vacation to Tourmaline onto his credit card. Her plan is to have fun, relax and just maybe have a hot fling.

MHSOnly her fun begins even before the plane takes off, when she finds herself seated next to Kill Jackson. She is only too happy to distract him when she sees that he is having a little problem with flying. And the fact that he is so gorgeously hot, funny and flirty comes very handy.

Kill likes the looks of his seatmate, but he must first get through the flight and save his sister from a gold-digger out to marry her. The fact that she didn’t even let either him or his mother know she was getting married tells him that. They wouldn’t even know now if it weren’t for one of her friends calling to ask a question about the wedding at his mother’s house.

While on the plane Cori and Kill make good use of the time with a conversation, flirting and joking. But after the plane touched down, they soon find themselves in an even hotter situation once they reach The Tourmaline Grand Hotel.

Things are hot and very promising between Cori and Kill, but with him hiding the reason of his visit to the island. Kill will have a lot of talking and explaining to do, but first he must convince Cori to listen to him.

For a sweet, fun, hot and fast read, don’t miss Mile High by Sally Clements.
