Rebel Without A Claus by Emma Hart: Quinn Langley is over Christmas and all the holly jolly cheer that everyone in town seems to be drunk on, so to say having to be the one to run her family’s Christmas grotto is less than ideal would be a large understatement! However with her father out of commission this year its up to Quinn to find a replacement Santa or face breaking a family tradition. Finding a Santa in a festive loving town should be a piece of cake right, except everyone is already either booked or already hosting their own Christmas event! With timing running out fast Quinn has little to no choice but to accept the help of Nicholas White, the guy that not only stole her v-card but also left her high and dry nine years ago!

“Good luck finding your Santa Claus.”
“I need more than luck, I need a truckload of vodka.”

You can always sign me up for a Emma Hart book and Rebel Without A Claus is packed with everything that we have come to love about Harts books! This fast and quirky Christmas romcom has the perfect mix of sour grinch, playful banter and loads of oh so steamy goodness. It was so easy to find myself getting invested in Quinn and Nicks story, these two were super cute and relatable.

“Who was this Nicholas White? He wasn’t like I remembered. This version made me simultaneously want to slap him and kiss him. It was very jarring. Mostly because I didn’t know what I wanted to do most.”

I absolutely loved that we had a grinchy heroine and Quinn played this role down to an art! I loved that she was so extra about her dislike for Christmas but deep down actually had that giving Christmas spirit. Gosh the entire Langley family was a treat all their own! I loved seeing them all play of each other and that the whole family was so Christmas loving where as Quinn was so meh about the whole thing! Oh grandpa Langley, got to love Hart for giving us one hilarious oldie!

Nicholas was such a great hero, I absolutely loved that he only added to Quinn and made her character shine throughout the book. Together these two were perfect! I loved their shared history which only added to the steamy playful banter that was present throughout the book. I do wish that we got to see a bit of Nicks family but this never really took away from the story.

Rebel Without A Claus is the perfect romcom read to get you into the Christmas spirit, while still delivering loads of steamy banter, family drama and a oh so cute second chance romance.

Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year—unless you’re Quinn Langley.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ve hated the festive season for as long as I can remember, but this year really takes the chestnut. My family has run Snow Cove’s grotto for the past sixty years, but when my dad—our resident Santa Claus—gets the flu, it’s down to me to find a new Santa and save Christmas.
If only Grandpa would stop spiking the eggnog…
Oh, and if I had more than twenty-four hours to do it. Not to mention that all the people who can help me are already busy with their own plans for the Christmas fair.
Until Nicholas freaking White knocks on the grotto door.
I haven’t seen or spoken to him since he took my v-card and abandoned me in a motel room nine years ago, but he’s my only option. I have no choice but to let him be my Santa Claus, or I risk ruining Christmas for hundreds of kids.
The last place I want to be is stuffed in the grotto with Nicholas, being Santa’s not so happy little helper, still desperately trying to hold onto my grudge.
Now, if only we could stop finding ourselves under mistletoe, that would be great…
