In Seductively: Playing for Hearts Book 2 by Debra Kayn, Diana Spenner has set her sights on owning the old Ferriday House and making it into her own bed and breakfast. She is so close to her goal but she needs to save a little more money so her loan gets approved. She will need to a lot of renovations but she knows that she can make a success of it. But she cannot allow any distractions to take her away from her goals, and Dominic Chekovsky is definitely a huge distraction.

SEdDominic Chekovsky is the captain of the Sharks hockey team, he has worked hard to get to where he is and to bring honor and pride to his parents back in Russia. But since he was part of a charity and met Diana, he has not been able to get her out his mind. Especially since she is the only female that ignores him and turns him down each and every time while all other women chase him everywhere he is at and won’t leave him alone.

Now Dominic has come up with the perfect plan, he will hire Diana to help him keep his female fans at bay. He will pay Diana five hundred thousand for her to pretend to be his girlfriend for the next two weeks. But she must go live with him and be with him at all times. Maybe that way he can convince her to go out with him for real or find out how she can be so immune to him.

Living in close quarters will not be easy for either one. Dominic cannot help the attraction he feels towards Diana but first he must woo her into accepting him. While Diana will have to fight even harder to keep her distance from Dominic, something that she was only able to accomplish before by keeping her distance from him and pretending she was not interested.

Getting to know each other better while living together will help them understand who the other really is on the inside and in private. For Diana is getting to know a completely different person than the one everyone knows. But unless they risk their hearts and tell each other what they feel, they may just end up with a broken heart, a broken career and broken dreams.

This is a sweet, fun and very entertaining read. Diana will make you laugh with her way of being and the things she says, while Dominic will make you sigh and wish you met him in real life. Who doesn’t want to meet a guy that no woman can resist, and I mean NO woman. Well you know this irresistible man is about to walk into a wall of a woman and now he will have to work to get her instead of what he is used to. Don’t miss Seductively by Debra Kayn, I promise you will like it.
