In The Fall of Legend (Legend Trilogy #1) by Meghan March, Former MMA fighter Gabriel Legend has built his new night club from the ground up. A totally legit business after years of fighting in underground cage matches, he hopes and prays his club will succeed. But it might take a bit of help. That’s where stunning Scarlett Priest comes into the picture. She’s given an ultimatum after a tense-filled first meeting with Gabriel. Never one to turn down a challenge, Scarlett is to bring the masses to club Legend, using her social media presence and clout in NYC to do so. Legend himself tries to steer clear of the beauty that is Scarlett. But neither one can stay away from each other for long. And that’s where the trouble really begins…

‘Why I’m fixated on him, I can’t explain. Maybe because he lives in the shadows, while I live in the limelight.’

An intense story that perfectly captured the zing of new attraction and how worth the wait a slow burn romance can be, The Fall of Legend was an exciting start to a sexy new trilogy by Meghan March.

‘She’s not just out of my league. She’s the kind of woman I’ll never recover from.’

I swear Meghan March always seems to write some of the yummiest alpha heroes and the most kickass heroines in contemporary romance. Legend and Scarlett sure lived up to those expectations and more, especially after reading the book synopsis, knowing this would have romance and suspense all wrapped up together. Boy did it ever!

I don’t want to give too many details because half the fun of March’s books is learning about the characters along the way. Let’s just say that Gabriel Legend was a swoony bad boy with a golden heart (my favorite type of alpha!) who had hidden depths. And a reason for him both desperately needing Scarlett’s help–and why he shouldn’t have gotten close to her. Scarlett’s life was complicated as well, mainly because of her family and her career. I really did fall quickly and easily for both Legend and Scarlett. They were multidimensional, realistically flawed, and fit together so well. Even though they were from completely opposite worlds.

Just an FYI: I know a lot of readers avoid cliffhangers, but for those of you who have read March’s work before, you know that this ends at a pivotal moment, as that’s her normal MO. Thankfully, the trilogy will be released over the course of the next three months (Nov ’19, Dec ’19 and Jan ’20) so you won’t have to wait long to get the whole series in your hot little hands. (lol)

Full of decadence and a powerful love that wouldn’t be denied, The Fall of Legend introduced us to an alpha male you’ll want for your very own and a smart, sultry heroine who was beautiful inside and out.

Publication: Published November 12th 2019 | Meghan March LLC | Legend Trilogy #1

From New York Times bestselling author Meghan March comes a new deliciously dangerous alpha hero in The Fall of Legend, the first book in the brand new and utterly addictive Legend trilogy.

We come from two different worlds.
I’m from the streets. She might as well live in an ivory tower.
I made my living with my fists. I doubt she could even throw a punch.
Our paths never should have crossed.
We never should have met.
That doesn’t change the facts.
I would sell my soul to taste those red lips.
Fight the devil himself to hear her laugh.
Burn in hell to have a single night.
Scarlett Priest shouldn’t even know men like me exist, but sometimes temptation is stronger than will.
If this is how I go down, it’ll be worth every second of the fall.

Honestly…..how can anyone deny the beauty of Meghan’s March’s talent right? As soon as the whole trilogy is out you know I will be getting my greedy hands on it lol Lovely review though. I love her alpha males because they have such depths to their characters.

Thanks, Renee! You are so right…Meghan’s writing is wonderful and so many interesting twists to this one. I hope you fall for this couple as much as I did. I was actually surprised by how much I cheered them on right from the start considering how they met. (But I’m not going to spoil *that* part for you…lol!) 🙂
