Things I Overshared by Kelsey Humphreys: The past year has been a pretty horrible one for Samantha Canton so when she is given the opportunity to take her boss’s place on a work trip to London and Paris she jumps at the chance, the only catch being she has to travel with the office grump and the company’s CFO Emerson Clark. Determined to be the one to crack the icy nut that is Emerson, Sam decides to use this trip to really get to know the man behind the closed off British exterior… well this is proving to be a bit more tricky that bubbly Sam had expected, especially when they are forced to share a suite in their London hotel… with new emotions running high, some miscommunications and a whole lot of unresolved issues can the sunshine and the grump work everything out?

I totally love a cute sunshine meets grump romance and add in the fact that this was an office romance and I was totally sold! Right from the title of this book I knew it was going to be an absolute hoot and I could not have been more right about this! I loved every single moment of this silly cute romance to bits! Things I Over Shared was the perfect fast paced read that kept things interesting without letting the story feel rushed.

Sam was a total extrovert down to her core. This girl had no chill at all and I loved it! Yes she did cut people off in her excitement but this was not a major issue for me. I loved the fact that no matter what she always stayed true to herself. She was such a genuine character that it was hard not to love her. But gosh does our girl overshare! Her tendency to overshare made her both adorable and a tiny bit cringey. Nevertheless Sam sure did bring the laughs with all her antics. I absolutely loved the group chat that she had with her sisters, this was just hilarious with all their ideas on how to crack the nut that was Emerson.

Where Sam was a total extrovert our hero Emerson was more the closed, silent reserved type, that is until you really get to know him…and really until Sam gives him a chance to talk. I loved Emerson to bits, he was a man of a few words but boy did his words pack a punch! This guy was a total swoon fest, with his soft romantic heart and the way he would just sigh at Sam and her crazy antics. It was impossible not to love Emerson especially as we got to know him as he opened up more and more.

Things I Over Shared was such a sweet read that I would definitely recommend reading! Not only will Emerson and Sam have you giggling but you will also fall in love with these two as they fall in love with the beautiful European backdrop.

If you’ve ever been told you’re too much…

Samantha Canton feels your pain. She knows she is, well, a lot. It’s been a rough year, to put it mildly, so she is overjoyed to find out she gets to go on her dream work trip to Europe. But she’s not going alone. She’ll be crossing the pond with the company’s CFO, Emerson Clark.

Icy Emerson, as the industry calls him, is logical, serious and quiet. He likes solitude, the color gray, rain and hot tea – he is British, after all.

And he cannot stand Samantha in all her extra, southern, chatty, upbeat, neon-dress-wearing glory.

No problem, she’s never met someone she couldn’t befriend.

Until Now.

Commence nervous verbal diarrhea.

And commence the ultimate Grumpy/Sunshine, Billionaire, Enemies to Lovers, Slow Burn Boss Romance with rich characters and a payoff that will leave you absolutely giddy.
