In What the Greek’s Money Can’t Buy (The Untamable Greeks #1) by Maya Blake, An international crisis puts a perfectly professional relationship into jeopardy when Oil magnate Sakis Pantelides and his stunning assistant, Brianna Moneypenny are forced to work together 24/7.

WTGMWBSakis can’t believe he is having improper thoughts about his assistant but when Brianna reveals a sensual hunger that rivals his own, he realizes just what he’s been denying himself for so long. But when his perfect PA’s secret is discovered, will he pay the price for taking what he wants?

What the Greek’s Money Can’t Buy (The Untamable Greeks #1) by Maya Blake is a amazingly well written romance with a well constructed plot line. The international crisis which forms the core of the story is cleverly integrated into the romance and the story. Brianna has enough skeletons in her closet and therefore dosen’t make the mistake of trusting anyone easily. She is a workaholic and her life revolves around the same. I liked her through out the story, even when she drove me mad by giving more importance to her tablet than her dreamy boss. Sakis aka the dreamy boss was the perfect alpha hero till the end. He cared, lusted and looked after Brianna even before the love bug hit him.

The romance takes the centre stage halfway through the story.  The first half of the book is mainly foccusesd on the international crisis and how the main characters cope with the same when their relationship dynamics slowly starts to move away from the professional zone. I enjoyed reading about the way Brianna and Sakis handled the whole crisis while remaining professionals and ignoring the growing threads of attraction. My only nitpick was that the misunderstanding between them was very predictable and was cleared quite quickly.

Overall, What the Greek’s Money Can’t Buy by Maya Blake is a well written romance with a strong plot and power packed characters who hold their own. This book kick starts a new trilogy The Untamable Greeks and this was about the middle brother, Sakis. I can’t wait to find how the other two brothers find their soul mates.
