Stolen Kiss From a Prince by Teresa Carpenter: Katina Vicente loved her charges. She had been so happy to move into nursery care at the royal palace a year ago. It had been what she had wanted to do since she was eight years old. When visiting dignitaries left their son while they went off to ski no one realized that they wouldn’t make it back and Katina would be the only one the little prince would go to.

Prince Julian Ettenburl the “spare” heir had never really believed he would be needed to rule anything. Then his father has a stroke and his older brother and his wife are killed leaving their young son alone. To say he is at his wits end would be putting it mildly.

Katina and Prince Julian do not start off well, she is protecting her charge like a mother hen and he, well he is in shock and denial. As time progresses and reality sets in the two draw closer over little Sammy’s care and Prince Julian’s as well. However when secrets from Katina’s past are revealed will their worlds shift again or will they realize that love can overcome everything?

Ms. Carpenter definitely wrote a heart puller here. The story is full of sweet romance, and familial love which is something not always seen in romance novels. Katina helps the entire family get through the grieving process and learns to care for herself as well. The flow of the story is excellent, the dialogue is not over done and is very relevant. Ms. Carpenter has given her readers an excellent story here and well worth the read.
